Duration

The competition starts on March 19, 2021 at 12 p.m., the closing date for entries is on March 26, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.

eligibility

Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to change, adapt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.

Participation

By entering a comment marking two personal Instagram profiles, liking the Instagram post for this competition on the Instagram profile of @heartlight.vintage, following the Instagram accounts @heartlight.vintage & @zeitgeistvintage_com takes part in the competition. Participation in the competition requires acceptance of these conditions of participation. If you win, participation in the competition includes your consent to receiving a private Instagram message or mentioning the winning Instagram profile in a comment with notification of the winner.

Profit

You can win a €50 voucher for the Heartlight Vintage online shop. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and is non-returnable. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties.

Determination of profit

After the above-mentioned period has expired, the winner will be determined by drawing lots from all the comments and likes. The winner will then be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. If the winner does not contact the competition organizer within 7 days after the end of the competition, the prize will be forfeited. No new winner will be determined.

Disclaimer

The organizer is not liable in any form for direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in the campaign or the non-availability of the internet server, unless this is due to grossly negligent or intentional action on the part of the organiser is responsible.

Insofar as personal data is collected from participants as part of the campaign, this will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the campaign.

Exclusion of legal recourse

There is no legal recourse.

Other

Should individual provisions of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation. They are replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the ineffective provisions.
