Duration
The competition starts on January 20th, 2021 at 6 p.m., the closing date for entries is on February 5th, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
eligibility
Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to change, adapt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.
Participation
By registering for the newsletter on www.heartlight-vintage.com and confirming it via the opt-in mail, participation in the competition takes place. Participation in the competition requires acceptance of these conditions of participation. Participation in the sweepstakes includes consent to receiving an email notifying you of the win if you win.
Profit
You can win a €150 voucher for the Heartlight Vintage online shop. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and is non-returnable. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties.
Profit determination
After the above-mentioned period has expired, the winners will be determined by lottery from all e-mail addresses. The winner will then be contacted by email. If the winner does not contact the competition organizer within 7 days after the end of the competition, the prize will be forfeited. No new winner will be determined.
Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable in any form for direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in the campaign or the non-availability of the internet server, unless this is due to grossly negligent or intentional action on the part of the organiser is responsible.
Privacy Policy
Insofar as personal data is collected from participants as part of the campaign, this will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the campaign.
Exclusion of legal recourse
There is no legal recourse.

Should individual provisions of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation. They are replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the ineffective provisions.
